Prices of products at Ripot.lv are stated in EUR currency, inclusive of the currently valid VAT and other applicable taxes, if any.
Payment for the order is possible by using one of the below described options:

Cash payment

Cash payment for a product is done upon receiving the product. This type of payment is only possible if you buy a product in person at our store or if you receive a product delivered by a courier.

Electronic payment

As soon as we have received a payment confirmation for the order (if payment by bank transfer is selected) our manager will contact you and agree on the form of delivery of the selected product.

Credit card / InternetBank (Paysera)

We accept credit cards Visa and MasterCard if you plan to receive a product at our store. Payment via InternetBank is possible at the moment of placing an order via our online store. If you order a product to be delivered by a courier and would like to pay by a credit card, you are kindly asked to notify our operator in advance.

Bank transfer

If you select the option “payment by a bank transfer” at placing your order, the system will automatically send an advance invoice to your stated e-mail address. Following payment of the order according to the invoice you can receive the paid product at our store or have it delivered by a courier upon request.

Money transfer systems

We also accept payments in payment systems like PayPal or WebMoney. In order to be able to pay by using either of the above systems, we kindly ask to select one of them at placing your order and to transfer money to our account in the selected system. After we have received payment you will be able to receive your purchase at our store or we will send it by a courier.

Receiving products

Receiving products at the store:

If your ordered product is at the store you can pick it up at any time on business days from 10:00 to 19:00 hours and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00 hours at the following address: Riga, Lienes 12.

Delivery in Riga:

Products will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

Delivery in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia:

After you have placed your order and selected the payment method, our manager will contact you and provide information on the status of your order. Price of delivery: 5.00 EUR. If the order amount is below 50.00 EUR, the delivery fee is 10.00 EUR. In order to ensure the contact-less delivery option, the courier service only accepts non-cash payment.

The delivery is performed by the courier service "Venipak" or "DPD". If an order is pre-paid, the product is sent on the same day following RECEIPT OF THE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION (if the order is placed until 14:00 hours) and the order will be delivered within 1-2 business days. If you wish to make payment at the moment of receipt, our manager will contact you after receipt of the order and will agree on details of the delivery and payment. The courier service will notify you in due time about delivery time to the specified address.

International delivery:

If an order for delivery outside Latvia is placed, the order will be delivered on average within 1-2 weeks. Your order will be delivered by DPD courier service. The courier service will notify you in due time about delivery time to the specified address. International deliveries are only handled following payment of the advance invoice. Our manager will contact you to notify regarding individual estimation of delivery costs.
